I will reply your message. And then I would like you to send me the high resolution photos of your pet to my email. Please send me multiple clear photos. I will pick the suitable one for your portrait.

I'll get started. Generally it will take 2 -3 weeks until it completed. But it depends on orders, it may take more time especially in Christmas time. If you are in a rush, please tell me in advance.

I will show you the finished piece. If you are satisfied, I will ask you to pay the total amount by PayPal.

I will ship it to you in the following 1-2 days. I put a framed portrait into the box and cover with bubble wrap. I pack an unframed portrait with protection cardboard and waterproof as well.
